We collect personal data only when you provide it directly:

  • Contact form: Name, email address, company name, and your message.
  • Visibility check: Company name, business description, industry, market, competitor names, and email address.

We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising pixels.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to your enquiry or deliver your visibility check results.
  • To run benchmark queries on your behalf across LLM platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity).
  • To send you your audit results by email.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to deliver our product:

  • Supabase (EU region) – database for storing audit submissions and results.
  • Resend – transactional email delivery for sending your results.
  • Netlify – website hosting and serverless functions.
  • OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity – LLM platforms queried during audits. Your company name and category are included in benchmark queries. No personal identifiers (email, name) are sent to these platforms.

5. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

We process your data based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) to deliver the service you requested, and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) when you engage us for paid services.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Visibility check data is retained for up to 24 months to enable benchmark comparisons over time. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

8. Cookies

This website uses only a single localStorage entry to remember your language preference (English or Danish). No cookies are set. No third-party scripts are loaded.
