Do I have to buy all three services?

No. Every client starts with the audit. After that, each service is a separate engagement – pick what fits your situation. Some clients only need the audit and implement the findings themselves. Others want us to handle implementation and tracking. There is no bundled package or obligation to continue.

How long does the audit take?

A full LLM Visibility Audit is typically completed within 3 working days. We run 72 benchmark queries across ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity, assess entity footprints across 15 signal sources, map your competitive landscape, and deliver a prioritized action plan with a live walkthrough.

What if I just want the implementation done?

The Entity & Technical Setup requires a completed audit first – we need to know what to prioritize. But you don't need to sign up for tracking. Many clients do the audit, get the implementation done, and handle content and community in-house.

Is this different from SEO?

Yes. Traditional SEO optimizes pages for search engine rankings based on backlinks and keyword signals. LLM visibility (also called GEO or Generative Engine Optimization) optimizes your company's entity across the web so that AI models recommend you by name. The signals are different: entity definitions, structured data, training data co-occurrence, citation authority, and content structure.
