These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website namedby.ai and any services provided by NamedBy ("we," "us," "our"), including our free visibility check, LLM visibility audits, and consultancy engagements.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NamedBy provides LLM visibility consultancy services, including:

• Free Visibility Check: A sample audit of your company's visibility across AI platforms. Results are indicative and not guaranteed to be exhaustive.
• LLM Visibility Audit: A comprehensive benchmark of your company's presence in AI-generated recommendations.
• Retainer & Project Engagements: Ongoing or fixed-scope implementation work, governed by a separate engagement agreement.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

AI-generated recommendations are produced by third-party language models (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Perplexity). We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee specific placement, ranking, or recommendation outcomes. Our services are designed to improve your visibility signals, but results depend on many factors beyond our control.

4. Accuracy of Information

Audit results reflect AI responses at the time of querying. Language model outputs can change at any time without notice. We present results as-is and do not warrant that they represent a permanent state.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the company you submit for audit.
• You provide accurate company and competitor information.
• You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent your company's capabilities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, methodology descriptions, and scoring frameworks — is the intellectual property of NamedBy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Audit reports delivered to you are for your internal use. You may share results within your organisation but may not publicly republish them without attribution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NamedBy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The free visibility check is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Paid Engagements

Paid services (audits, retainers, projects) are governed by a separate engagement agreement that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. In case of conflict between these Terms and an engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to our website at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse or provision of false information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
